Connected Golf; Contents (Part Three)

This video’s all about the training, drills, and exercises in my new book.

In the third and final video in this short series, we’ll explore the unique training, drills, and applications that can help you to play a more connected game.

Rather than using swing thoughts and positive thinking to steer the body into certain positions when taking your shot, you’ll be following an older route to fluid movement which takes its cue from the martial and Zen arts of the Eastern world.

By learning to quieten the inner dialogue and develop fundamental movement skills like balance, grounding, moving from the centre and employing structural locks within the lower body, you’ll be able to release your own natural swing without self-interference, doubt, and hesitancy.

The training is simple, but not easy. Consistent, repetitive effort is the key.

As Andy W. PGA said recently “doing the training as part of my Performance Practice is the price to pay for effortless golf and I’m now confident enough to get back to competitive play”.
