PART ONE

You are about to start learning a simple, proven and trusted Performance Practice based on centuries-old principles and training to develop the mind-body connection, all verified by modern sports science and neuroscience and in real-time competitive situations by hundreds of clients from club level to elite.

You’ll begin with archival material including a full series of articles written by Jayne Storey for Golf International and Atlantic Golf and Lifestyle magazines from 2009 – 2017 so you can get familiar with the evolution of the ideas and practices behind the method.

You can also watch a full length interview with Jayne on what differentiates her approach from the mainstream and how to begin quietening your mind in order to attain the ideal performance state i.e., flow, as you address the ball.

PART TWO

In this part you have more archival material including the first two videos in a three-part series all about the natural movement principles that pre-date modern biomechanics.

Jayne’s background includes 37 years training in the Eastern martial arts and in part two she guides you through some of the key principles and drills to help develop better balance and a relaxed yet athletic address position capable of withstanding pressure, so you can set up with a quiet confidence before every shot.

You will also have access to worksheets and special training reports to reinforce this learning as well as an article commissioned by the Ladies European Tour on Tai Chi and Golf Biomechanics and the Slow Motion swing.

PART THREE

Includes the third and final video in the biomechanics series, completing the archival instruction on the fundamental actions needed to get balanced and centred over the ball which Jayne expanded on in her 2022 book, Connected Golf; Bridging the Gap Between Practice and Performance.
